Dusting common surfaces in all rooms including cobwebs, clean mirrors
Bathroom thorough clean and scrub of all surfaces, shower/bath and toilet
Light wipe of low cupboard doors in kitchen and bathroom, and high cupboards which are reachable from standing
Laundry wipe down of surfaces and clean sink
Vacuum and mop
We use our own cleaning supplies, vacuum and mop

*Please note: Our Cloud Nine Extras exclude the removal or rectification of permanent stains, damage, scuff marks that require painting, mould, extensive scrubbing or cleaning out-of- reach or inaccessible areas. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
Cancellation policy
48 hours notice: no cancellation fee
24-48 hours notice: a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service may apply
Less than 24 hours notice: a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply
Same-day cancellation or no-show: a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service may apply
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment where availability allows.
Rescheduling with the required notice will not incur a fee.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a deposit or prepayment before future appointments are confirmed.
Access to the property
Clients are responsible for ensuring Ethereal Clean has access to the property at the scheduled time.
If we are unable to access the property because keys, access codes or other arrangements have not been provided, and we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Deposits may be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled outside of the acceptable cancellation period.
